Rental Return Instructions
Please be sure to save the box that the clubs were shipped in, you will need this during the return process.
Please check your bag thoroughly and remove all personal belongings. In the event you do leave personal item in your rental bag, getclubs is not liable for those items. In such event we are more than happy to search the bag once we have received it please email your concerns to info@getclubs.com.
Remove the return shipping label from the ball bag located on the back of the golf bag and place directly on top of original shipping label on outside of box.
Load your clubs into the box and tape the box firmly shut.
Leave your clubs with hotel concierge/front desk/bell desk, pro-shop, staffed business, or a staffed UPS Store location.
getclubs will schedule pickup for the day after your last day of golf.
